Drop-In Recovery with Kate London

When:  Monday, 12:30pm - 1:15pm / Tuesday, 6pm - 6:45pm / Wednesday, 12:30pm - 1:15pm / Thursday, 6pm-6:45pm

Where:  London Recovery Institute

Join Kate London in a 45-minute class directed at full body recovery. Think of it as a total “workout” for your tissues. We use TriggerPoint rollers, lacrosse balls and other stretching therapies used in self-myofascial release to decrease pain, reduce lactic acid build up, and alleviate stiffness.


No experience necessary.


Drop-In Meditation with Debbie Leoni

When:  First Tuesday of the Month, 7:30am - 8:30am

Where:  London Recovery Institute

Join Debbie Leoni for a half hour of blissful stillness as you are guided into a meditation that will teach your body to remember how to let go of the stressors in your life and relax, renew and restore your body, mind and spirit.  You will leave feeling energized and wanting more!
